The auto focus speed is 1.7x times faster than the A100 series and the noise control has been improved.  The A200 features powerful Bionz processing engine increases response time.  In addition to Super SteadyShot image stabilisation for virtually blur-free photos, the new model incorporates Sonys D-Range Optimizer (DRO). It helps you capture well-exposed images especially when shooting high-contrast or backlit scenes that often lead to loss of highlight and shadow detail.   An affordable step up from your compact camera, the A200K offers a huge range of creative options in a compact, easy-to-use package.
